Body Alignment (Foundation Rule)
- Head neutral, eyes forward
- Core tight (belly in)
- Straight arms & pointed toes
- Soft knees while landing
Basic Gymnastics Techniques
🔹 Forward Roll
- Squat, chin tucked
- Hands flat, push gently
- Roll on upper back (not neck)
- Stand without hands
🔹 Backward Roll
- Chin tightly tucked
- Push with hands near ears
- Roll smoothly, no jumping
🔹 Handstand (Beginner)
- Start with wall support
- Hands shoulder-width apart
- Lock elbows, squeeze legs together
- Hold 5–10 sec
